Vanfaelor is my D&D character. He's a wild magic sorcerer that I've played in multiple campaigns over the span of about six years. He's my obsession. While he is mostly my creation, I have to credit a lot of his history and developement to my DM. That's how these things go. My DM is my best friend, so I've always trusted him to use Vanfaelor wisely and I've never been disappointed. That isn't to say Vanfaelor has had the most peachy life. What do you think I'm NOT emo??
I actually play two different Vanfaelors. They're both clones, the original Vanfaelor unknown. There are hundreds of thousands of Vanfaelor clones, most dead, made for nefarious purposes. There are three living Vanfaelors we are currently aware of. One is an NPC- a reformed villain Vanfaelor. One of our games is on indefinite hiatus, thus one of my Vanfaelors is more or less another NPC now. That's alright, because My preferred one I get to play at least once a week. He's part of a squad of six others, all level 20 now. We're at the end of the game, which is kind of sad. It's alright though because I've devised a devious plan in order to just play Vanfaelor again in the next campaign, muahaha!
Vanfaelor, or Vanny as his friends like to call him, escaped from slavery in his late teens. Being a clone, he has no blood family but is very close with his team- even if they treat him like a little kid sometimes, even into their thousandth year together. He was manufactured for power, able to harness magic in ways others can't, but when he showed little potential to use this to serve his evil purpose he was discarded. His magic can be difficult for him to control, and this has had devestating consequences that weigh heavily on him. He strives to do and be good, and believes everyone has the same potential. He's always willing to give anyone a chance at redemption, often to the chagrin of his teammates. Even so, they recognoze this as a strength of character and appoint him as their representative.

There is so much more I could say about him, I could literally go on forever probably. My group has access to this webaddress though and I don't want them to make fun of me too much lol. All this art is my own. When I have art block, I just draw Vanfaelor. This isn't even all of it, just the nicest of what I've done.
